The Center for Global Ministries was formed in 2001 out of a belief that God was calling us to a ministry to reach those without the hope of Christ in the 10-40 Window. We are not a sending organization, rather we partner with indigenous pastors and Bible study leaders to carry out the command from our savior.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
Our strategy is not complicated. We follow the direction that the Apostle Paul gave to Timothy in his last letter and the message that Isaiah received from the Lord.
“Preach the Word…” (2 Timothy 4:2a)
“…so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11)
We rely on the first century church model of home meetings. Because of cultural, governmental, and issues of persecution in the areas to which we are called, we have no expectation of an “American Style” church developing. However, in several locations the home groups have become large enough they are now calling themselves a church.
Our priority iS preaching the Word is for the salvation of as many as possible. Since the inception of The Center we have seen a harvest of over 12,000 people come to the Lord. Over 7,000 of those people have experienced baptism.
